Best Western Plus Howe Inn

We stayed there on 7/27, and arrived late at night, but the front desk employee was courteous and she was actually busy cleaning the glass door when we arrived: we had stayed at many other hotels during this trip, and that was the only time an employee was actually being productive. The hotel was conveniently located by I 80 and was clean. We were able to get some rest after a very long drive. We didn't hear much noise. There was a filtered water dispenser in the lobby, which is something we appreciated and were able to fill our water bottle. The bed was comfortable, our room was clean, and the breakfast offered was nice. The reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the wifi was down and both coffee machines were down (fortunately, there was a coffee maker in our room).

Dawn was the nicest lady I’ve ever met in customer service. She would call us and tell us if anyone was in the pool so we didn’t have to go when it was packed. She has an outstanding attitude with customers. She was always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed.

Stayed one night here in one of their suites. Excellent room. Two queen beds, a pull out couch, and two comfortable chairs. Continental breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. 100 percent would say at this hotel again.

Location was great. Breakfast was basic but good and lots of choices. Bed was very comfortable and the room overall was amazing! One of the few hotels I've stayed in where the walls were actually soundproof. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was clean and worked wonderfully. Will definitely make a return visit the next time we travel to Indiana.

We stayed here for the first time Was in town to go to Shipshawana flee markets. We really enjoyed our room very nice and clean.Our breakfast was great. The staff all were nice and polite. We will be back for sure Thank you.

I'm a trucker, this is a great choice for your stay, they accept CLC's though I recommend to call to check if they still do at the time of your trip, conveniently off the highway for more driving time efficiency, clean rooms and plenty of ammenities, available indoor pool and Fitness room for a quick workout, there is on site Truck parking though because of the size, it's quiet limited but if you show early in the day, you should be okay.

We had to stop in Howe after some trouble with our rental car, and the people here were more than lovely. The room was clean and pleasant, and the staff were very caring. The whole facility seemed well maintained. During a stressful time, it did really help a lot. Hope your car doesn’t break down, but if it does at least you can stay here.

Although our stay was very brief, we had a lovely experience. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly! Our room was very clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable to us. The AC/heat worked fabulously. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well! The waffles were delicious. Overall a great experience and we will certainly stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
